You don’t need a plan or a script tonight, just a few honest sentences you can say out loud, right when it counts.

Naming the feed as edited, not real, is what loosens its grip more than banning it does.
In their story, a character puts the screen down for a while and notices something real, a place, a feeling, a person, without the story ever lecturing about screens.
It ends with the character quietly getting their own sense of what matters back, on their own terms.
